Follow these 2 simple drills that will get you back in golf shape for the best season ever!
The goal of this two-part workout is to get the club in better positions and to increase speed.
- Take an alignment stick or another swinging device and try to create a really loud “swoosh” sound at the bottom of your swing. As you do this, you will increase your club head speed which will lead to an increase in distance.
- Take 100 slow practice swings everyday. This will not take very long and will make it easy for you to feel the club swinging in the proper positions. Mix in several swings with your eyes closed as you do this.
